Constantine Alexandrakis leads the firm’s U.S. business as well as the global Leadership & Succession practice. He is a core member of the Board and CEO Advisory Group and a Managing Director in the Chicago office. Constantine advises corporate boards and CEOs in corporate governance, board effectiveness, board succession planning and refreshment, CEO succession planning and leadership transformation. Constantine advises public and private companies across a wide range of industries.
Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Constantine served as Vice President of Operations for Hostway Corporation, a web solutions provider. He was also a strategy consultant for Towers Perrin and earlier in his career, Constantine worked as a financial analyst with United Airlines.
Constantine serves as a board member for Junior Achievement of Chicago and the Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital Foundation. He is also a member of the Board of the East Bank Club and The Executives' Club of Chicago. He is also a member of the Florida Bar.
Constantine received his A.B. in Economics from Princeton University and graduated with honors, cum laude. He earned his M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business and his J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law.
